Reporting to APAC Chief Customer Officer, you will have:Partnered with prospective customers, GTM and technology vendor partners, proactively discovering and solving problems to secure their digital world.Lead deeper discovery exercises to uncover and understand business, technical, operational challenges and priorities of your customers and partners.Galvanised teams around your understanding of the challenges, innovative solutions and prioritizing your customers and partners outcomes.Contributed to account planning with technical and operational services thought leadership and roadmaps. Drive maximum value for customers by leveraging our capabilities and their existing investments.Be energised working in a genuine scale-up small medium enterprise, contributing directly to successfully building your company.Demonstrated strong communication skills and the ability to influence through effective presentations and customer-specific demonstrations, technical engagements, and workshops.Understood the competitive landscape and effectively differentiating our solutions and services.To secure this exciting opportunity you will need the following:2+ years in security services pre-sales, focusing on SOC, SIEM, XDR, MDR, EDR, Managed Firewall, Vulnerability Management, and Identity & Access Management. eDiscovery or big data solutions experience is a MUST.Customer Engagement: 5+ years in customer-facing roles within Cybersecurity technology/services, demonstrating strong relationship-building skills.Collaboration:Team player with a knack for supporting new business initiatives.Decision-Making:Practical, principle-based approach to problem-solving.Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO27001, security frameworks, data privacy laws, and compliance.Threat Awareness: Strong understanding of current and emerging Cybersecurity threats and countermeasures.Detail Orientation: Ability to navigate from high-level architecture to detailed design.Certifications: Hold industry-standard certifications (CISSP, CCSP, CISM, GIAC, Security+).Framework Familiarity: Knowledge of SABSA, NIST 800-53, MITRE ATT&CK/D3FEND, and threat modeling methodologies.Vendor Expertise:** Experience with Trend Micro, Netskope, Fortinet, Microsoft Azure, and Elastic.PHENOMENAL career opportunity, salary is negotiable based upon experience an attractive base + super + commissions are on offer to attract high quality candidates.Click to apply for this amazing opportunity, send your CV to ****** or call 03 9069 8143 for more information.
