Capstone is partnering with a leading organisation in the Financial Services sector to find an experienced Cyber Security Partner/Consultant.Role Overview:This critical position within the Cyber team will see you act as a trusted advisor to business platform stakeholders, offering expert cyber advice and fostering Digital Trust among both internal and external customers as a strategic cybersecurity goal.You will support the implementation and management of cybersecurity practices to ensure the reliability, resilience, and compliance of technology and digital channels against both external and internal threats.In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate risk appetite, metrics, and mitigation strategies into actionable business insights and decisions. As a cybersecurity subject matter expert, you will be pivotal in defining, implementing, maintaining, and standardising comprehensive information security controls and solutions.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a cybersecurity expert for various business programs and projects.Provide guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders on managing cyber risks, helping to meet business goals, stakeholder expectations, and compliance needs.Offer cybersecurity advisory services, oversee attestations, manage third-party contracts, and implement corrective actions to address security findings.Support the creation and maintenance of a consistent set of security architecture patterns and blueprints, guiding the development of business capabilities and safeguarding information assets.Assist in developing and implementing a modern cybersecurity culture and awareness program across the organisation.
