The Cyber Services Technology group protects the bank and our customers from theft, loss and risk events, through effective and proactive management of cyber security, privacy and operational risk.
Your new team:
The Cyber Security Technology team is responsible for ensuring we RUN and operate the technology that Cyber have invested into with high standards. The CBA Privileged Access Management Crew work in a high velocity, collaborative environment to achieve a common goal based on CBA's cultural values.
Your impact and contribution:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues related to privileged access management.Proactively transform and monitor the platform and systems and related infrastructure to ensure optimal resilience and availability.Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.Respond to and troubleshoot incidents related to the platform and related systems.Mentor and train other IT professionals on the use and administration of the platform and related systems.Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, technical diagrams, and knowledge base articles.Oversee and review configurations that are being deployed into the platform leveraging automation with a focus on operational excellence. We are interested in people who have:Solid understanding of Powershell scripting languageExperience in AWS Cloud technology, deployment, AMI management and entitlement managementYou can articulate business value through visualisation tools and applicable data points.A passion for automation, orchestration and leaving nothing to be manual.Previous experience in developing automation tooling such as Octopus, TeamCity and Github Desirable:Knowledge in Privileged Access Management and Cyber ArkExperience in working in an Agile high-paced operations teamActive Directory and Linux/Unix Server Administration experiencePrevious experience in managing and maintaining a Microsoft Azure environment (future landscape) If you're already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you'll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application.
