Senior Service Advisor - Tranquim Pty Ltd
Are you passionate about customer service, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment? Tranquim Pty Ltd, a leading player in the heavy vehicle industry, is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team and be the face of our workshop.
About the Role
As the Service Advisor, you will be at the heart of our operations, delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our reception and administrative processes. You'll work closely with our Service Manager and play a key role in managing workshop tasks, handling inquiries, and supporting our technicians.
What You'll Do

Welcome visitors to the workshop and ensure a professional and friendly experience
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Register new jobs and allocate tasks to technicians
Process deliveries, purchase orders, and invoices
Perform administrative duties related to job completion
Conduct stock audits and manage ordering of parts and supplies
Support the management team with additional tasks as needed
Record and issue minutes from team meetings

What We're Looking For

A solid understanding of heavy vehicle mechanics
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication abilities, both in one-on-one and small group settings
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Sharp numerical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Flexibility and problem-solving skills in a dynamic work environment
General knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations

Experience / Qualifications

Experience as a Service Advisor in a similar role
High school certificate or equivalent
Current manual driver's license
