What You'll Do: Oversee the execution of Eutelsat Group's contractual obligations for the setup and delivery of Connectivity services, ensuring compliance with agreed scopes and timelines.Ensure customer satisfaction and deliverable quality by defining clear execution plans, facilitating smooth communication, and anticipating potential issues.Coordinate all internal stakeholders to align with business objectives.Clearly communicate objectives, plans, issues, and risks to key stakeholders.Develop and promote best practices for business support processes and governance.Manage business request priorities, facilitating arbitration and escalation of challenging business priorities between projects.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.What it Takes: Master's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field with significant experience in telecom.5 to 10 years of experience in program/project management and/or customer-facing experience in telecom or related industries.Strong project management skills, with certifications such as PMI PMP or Prince2 being advantageous.Demonstrated leadership, with the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize effectively.A commercial mindset with a customer-first, can-do attitude.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of bridging gaps between C-level executives and subject matter experts while building trust with customers and partners.Strong decision-making skills, effectively prioritizing multiple issues and requests while clearly communicating plans to stakeholders.Exceptional team spirit, with a focus on mentoring, training, and using a coaching approach to bring out the best in others.Ability to implement new processes or procedures and promote best practices.Proficiency in written and spoken English. Other beneficial languages may include Mandarin, Thai, Japanese.Ability to travel within the APAC region if required.Where You'll Be: Position based in Australia (Sydney) or Singapore.
