About the Role:

Join an innovative tech firm as a Senior Customer Insights Analyst, where you'll be instrumental in shaping our digital projects and enhancing customer experiences. In this pivotal role, you'll harness the power of data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making and gain deep insights into our customers across all touchpoints. Your expertise will help us evolve our analytics KPIs, uncover hidden opportunities, and rigorously track the performance of our product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Utilize existing infrastructure to streamline centralized demand forecasting, reporting, and insights across diverse customer segments and channels, including web and mobile applications.Identify and prioritize business improvement opportunities through in-depth data analysis and strategic planning.Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including Senior Management, Digital Product Managers, and the Manager of Digital Analytics & Insights, to ensure alignment on objectives and strategies.Provide actionable, data-driven insights to support the overall digital and customer experience strategy.Analyse and synthesize data from multiple cross-channel sources (Web, App, Voice) using established analytical tools.The Ideal Candidate: Strong analytical acumen with a proven track record in delivering impactful business analytics solutions.Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools.Experience with digital analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics, to track and optimize online performance.Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to diverse audiences.Benefits: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunity to work with a leading organization and make a significant impact on our digital journey.A collaborative, inclusive, and supportive work environment.Continuous learning and professional development opportunities to advance your career.To Apply:
