Are you skilled at transforming data into actionable insights and guiding teams to optimise processes that drive engagement and retention? If you're excited about the prospect of blending data insights with strategic collaboration and are ready to take ownership of projects that directly impact student outcomes, we want to hear from you.
The University of Adelaide is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Experience Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll dive into global data sets to help us identify and understand at-risk students and the areas where support is most needed. Your analytical skills will be crucial in developing data-driven strategies that enhance student engagement and retention, making a real difference in their academic and personal success. But your role doesn't stop at data analysis. You'll leverage your advanced CRM skills to build and manage personalised, automated outreach campaigns that ensure every student receives the right support at the right time.
What truly sets this role apart is your ability to facilitate collaboration with diverse teams to map out customer journeys. You will work closely with various teams across the university to better understand the student experience, identify pain points, and optimize processes and practices that best support our students.
Your leadership in this area will help us create a cohesive, supportive environment where students can thrive from their first day on campus to graduation and beyond.
To be successful you will need:
Demonstrated experience in customer journey mapping, including engaging stakeholders to map key moments and identify critical actions and barriers. Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to co-design and implement customer journey maps, driving improvements in communication, processes, and support. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse customer data sets, draw insights, and provide actionable recommendations. Advanced skills in CRM systems and data analysis tools, including the use of advanced functionalities for segmentation and campaign management. Working knowledge of CRM systems and data integration, with the ability to manage and optimise customer data for targeted outreach and engagement. Excellent communication (both written and oral) and facilitation skills, with the ability to produce high quality documents. Proven ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders (internal, external, academic and professional). Enjoy an outstanding career environment
