Barista & Cafe Assistant

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Barista to join our dynamic team Our client pride themselves on serving some of the best coffee and serving the Mildura community.  Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks with precision and care. Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization in the cafe and coffee station. Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers and answering their questions about menu items. Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work atmosphere. Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. About You: Proficiency in coffee brewing methods and espresso machine operation. Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
