The role The Senior Customer and Tenure Operations Officer Native Title role provides high-level technical expertise and support to the Supervisor Tenures and Native Title to achieve government priorities in Native Title and Indigenous Land Use Agreements (ILUAs). This role involves undertaking a wide range of administrative activities to meet targets related to tenures, providing operational support, and ensuring quality outcomes through monitoring and reporting. The role also includes maintaining the integrity of land information data and offering advice and recommendations to resolve Native Title tenure issues.
You will be responsible for providing timely advice and recommendations on Crown land tenures from extensive research, balancing conflicting priorities and projects, and making appropriate determinations by interpreting and applying land information legislation and data. The role also involves a broad range of office management tasks to support Native Title tenures and overall business outcomes.
