About the job We are seeking a Senior Customer Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team within the Communications and Community Experience unit.
In this role, you will lead the design and development of customer data products, implement data governance practices, and provide technical guidance across the organisation.
Your expertise will empower stakeholders to harness the power of customer data, enhancing overall customer experience and operational efficiency.
In addition, your responsibilities will include: Lead the development, testing, and maintenance of data products.
Ensure timely delivery and support performance reporting activities Provide guidance on analytics toolsets, support data governance activities, and improve customer data literacy across the organisation.
Develop actionable machine learning models, document technical guidelines, and manage data governance Utilise agile methodologies to define user needs, prototype data products, and conduct workshops to prioritise features.
Your success in this role will come from: Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience in managing and interpreting diverse customer data sources.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information.
Proficiency in SQL or similar coding languages.
Expertise in data visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
