What You'll Be Working On: All of the data you could want is readily available for you to capture and use in the right way. You will be utilising CRM data to develop and implement personalised marketing strategies with a focus on targeting specific customer segments with tailored communications based on their behaviours, preferences and lifecycle stages across both CFD and stockbroking. You will oversee the management and optimisation of CRM tools and systems, such as Braze and Salesforce, working to continuously improve the CRM infrastructure to support business goals.
