Permanent opportunity for an Investigation Specialist experienced in managing high-risk investigations to join the team in Melbourne. In this Senior Crime Investigator Role, You Will: Conduct and manage end-to-end complex investigations in accordance with the agreed scope and process requirements. Contribute to the ongoing maturity of frameworks, processes, policies, tools and practices supporting the Crime & Integrity Investigations team. Coach and lead others within the Crime & Integrity Investigations team including mentoring Associate level staff. Contribute to strategic initiatives and priorities in accordance with agreed objectives. Contribute to the development of thematic insights into emerging trends in complex, sensitive and protracted fraud, financial crime, and serious misconduct matters. What You Will Bring: Demonstrated experience in a relevant Investigations role within Financial Crime, Law Enforcement or in a Regulatory or Government environment where you have applied the PEACE model in complex investigative interviews. Ability to plan and conduct high-level complex investigations such as protracted fraud, financial crime, and serious misconduct in accordance with AGIS. Demonstrated contemporary investigation skills and knowledge with the ability to make sound investigative decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
