Senior Cost Manager - Retail

Job Description We are looking for a Senior Cost Manager to join the Perth team to deliver cost management services to key client National Account, primarily dealing with the Retail team.   Pre contract cost planning services during design stages of projects Post contract progress claim and variation assessments Engage with the local property market to gain market knowledge for use in the delivery of our services Assist with the commission management of our commissions to assist in the successful delivery of our services Integrate with full cost management and project management teams in WA and support when required Work independently and take responsibility for deliverables Line management and mentorship Qualifications Minimum requirement is a Degree in Construction.
Achievement of Chartered status with AIQS or RICS or equivalent recognised body is preferable.
5+ years cost management/estimating experience, preferably in a private practice or construction organization on retail roles.  Business development experience, particularly in the context of identifying opportunities with existing clients.
Possess the personality that is capable of determining needs for the business and gain support of the Directors.
Outgoing personality, client facing and the ability to work independently and take the lead.
