We are seeking experienced Senior Coordinator Quality & Governance at SensesWA!

Position Overview: The successful Senior Coordinator Quality & Governance is responsible for working collaboratively across the business to identify improvement opportunities that enhance clinical outcomes, as well as strengthen strategic and operational objectives by embedding a robust quality management system and initiatives, and through coaching and peer-to-peer training.
The role will report to and work closely with the Operations Manager, working towards the delivery of contemporary initiatives and interventions, providing specialist advice and assistance to the CEO, Executive, and Senior Leadership team in the development of policies and procedures that improve practice, and to provide assurance these are being implemented and embedded across the business with the desired and required consistency.
What do we need from you? Tertiary qualification in Clinical Governance, Quality or other relevant discipline, or significant relevant professional experience.Demonstrated experience in evaluating workplace practices against accreditation standards, quality requirements and organisational policies and procedures.Demonstrated experience in policy development, implementation and evaluation.Demonstrated competency in working with a quality management system, including analysing and interpreting data, evaluating performance and identifying improvement opportunities.Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.Strong time-management skills and demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.Current knowledge of legislative obligations for Equal Opportunity, Disability Services, and Occupational Safety and Health.What we offer: Industry competitive salary range + salary packaging up to $15,899 of living expenses and up to $2,650 on entertainment benefits per year + 17.5% annual leave loading.4 weeks annual leave and 2 wellness days pro-rata.Option to purchase leave helping you to achieve better work-life balance.Individualised supervision and peer mentoring opportunities.A fun, caring and motivating place to work within a supportive team environment!If you are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you!
