Job Scope: For this leadership position, the core duties revolve around leading and empowering team members to strengthen strategic customer relationships, driving business growth and advancement. As the key liaison for critical customer issues, escalations, and future needs anticipation, you'll coordinate team efforts, utilizing available resources to develop and implement operational plans aligned with customer expectations and timelines. This role requires a mix of strategic insight, sales expertise, strong interpersonal skills, and a comprehensive grasp of the resources industry, especially in commercial operations and the vital interplay between an OEM and key clients.
