About the role PARC Engineering is seeking a highly experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our growing Infrastructure and Defence team.
Located in Applecross, this full-time position will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all contract-related activities for our Infrastructure and Defence projects.
What you'll be doing Preparing weekly and monthly cost reports and forecasts for the management team.
Preparing, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts and subcontracts.
Liaising with subcontractors to ensure all contractual requirements are achieved.
Monitoring contract compliance and performance, and proactively identifying and resolving any issues.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of contract deliverables.
Maintaining comprehensive contract documentation and registers.
Providing expert advice and guidance on contractual matters to project managers and other stakeholders.
Developing and implementing contract administration processes and procedures.
Identifying opportunities for contract optimisation and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar contracts administration role, ideally within the construction industry.
Thorough understanding of construction contract law, including relevant Acts, regulations and industry standards.
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Strong analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in contract management software and MS Office suite.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Tertiary qualification in Law, Business or a related field is highly desirable.
