Will be running multiple concurrent projects.
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to work on remedial projects and join a dedicated team that has consistently achieved success and experienced significant growth.
You'll be joining a business with an attractive pipeline and a trusted contractor in the industry.
You will be responsible for all commercial support and subcontractor engagement across multiple projects.
They work across predominantly remediation type projects generally in Industrial, Commercial and residential sectors from smaller up to the value of $40m.
Experience with similar projects in these sectors or similar across buildings will be an advantage.
People with strong technical knowledge are highly thought of.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Reviewing Head contracts and agreements Manage subcontract mechanisms including procurement, payments, variations, final accounts etc.
Conduct status reporting, project reports, risk and program reporting Assist with Forecasting Manage the document control process Liaising with all stakeholders Support when needed with compliance with management system policies, plans, procedures and regulatory requirements Qualifications and Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Contracts Management, Engineering, Construction Management or similar Minimum 3-6 years+ experience in a similar role Detailed knowledge of local council and regulatory requirements / standards Ability to work part of a team as well as autonomously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Well-developed interpersonal skills Experience with Microsoft Office suite & MS Project Construction Safety Induction (white) card This is a permanent full-time position providing a great opportunity to work with a successful and growing organisation who offer challenging work and the potential for career progression.
