This opportunity will see you take the lead on a brand new $100m+ high rise residential construction project in Maroochydore and report directly to the Project Manager.
You will have the support of other Contracts Administrators and administrative support.
The project is a waterfront high rise residential project and is a genuine thing of beauty.
It is preferential that you have experience working in the mid or upper tier construction environment and have the ability to drive commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities and RequirementsDegree qualifications in construction management or equivalent10+ years contracts administrator experience with a reputable companyStrong commercial acumenExposure to projects over $50mThis builder will offer you the opportunity to join a well-established team.
