Ownership of the relevant subcontracts Administration and documentation Assess variations and claims Profit budget forecasting Financial control reporting To be considered for the role of Senior Contracts Administrator  you will require:
Degree qualified in construction management or equivalent experience Experience delivering residential / mixed-use projects in Australia, preferably QLD Seeking a long-term role Design & Build specialises in recruitment for the Construction, Engineering & Property industries on a national basis.
