You will be primarily responsible for assisting the Project Manager in determining priorities, meeting strict deadlines and budget demands whilst having the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.Based in Osborne Park.Your Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Project Manager to ensure commercial risk is identified, managed and where appropriate opportunities are maximised.Oversee subcontractor adherence to contractual obligations.Preparation and issue of commercial letters including EOT and variations claims.Tracking project progress against project contractual milestones.Complete all contract administration tasks in a timely, accurate and efficient manner consistent with the highest industry practice.Ensuring strict compliance within requisite timeframes with the Head Contract mechanisms for change events (variations, delays etc).Issue, reply to, and follow up on TQs and maintain the TQ Register.Preparation & submission of interim progress claims, final account.What you 'Can do'Education: Degree or tertiary educated preferred.Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in contract administration within the construction industry.Software: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc).Critical thinking: ability to form preliminary conclusions on complex contractual matters.Commercial acumen: identify opportunities for cost savings and other forms of margin improvement.Planning: ability to read and interpret project programs and schedules.Business writing: ability to construct contractual communications, in a professional manner, that clearly articulates the desired outcome.What we 'Can Do' for you:Competitive Compensation.Health and Wellbeing Support.Benefits & Discounts.Employee Referral Rewards.If you're looking for a career where you experience more 'Can Do', then we're the team for you.
