Senior Contracts Administrator

Monadelphous is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to be involved in an exciting Oil & Gas construction Project.
This position is offered on a 2:1 roster for a 12 month + duration.
Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include: Project completion bonus and an attractive site uplift An opportunity to work with a tier 1 contractor in the resources industry Safety and wellbeing at the forefront of our culture Key Responsibilities: Contract administration to support execution, including correspondence and contract notices and claims assessment Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure contract deliverables are met on schedule.
Providing a level of guidance and advice, to relevant stakeholders internal and external Preparing weekly and monthly cost reports and forecasts for the Project Management tea High level written skills with excellent attention to detail Maintaining comprehensive contract documentation and registers What you'll bring: Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, Law or similar field At least 3-5 years of relevant Contracts site experience Thorough understanding of construction contract law, including relevant Acts, regulations and industry standards An ability to engage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, subcontractors and suppliers Excellent time management and prioritization skills for a diverse and challenging workload Experience in Electrical and Instrumentation (desirable) Proof of Rights to work in Australia Life at Monadelphous There's lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
