Some of your other key tasks will include;Identify, prepare, submit, and negotiate head contract variations and contractual claims.Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, notice of delays and extension of time requests in accordance with the Head Contract.Draft, award, administer and manage subcontracts.Ensure subcontracts are correctly administered.About YouTo be successful in this position, you will hold tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or other relevant discipline and have 7+ years' experience in a similar role. You will be able to demonstrate your experience in managing all aspects of construction contracts including but not limited to the timely submission of notifications, preparation and submission of monthly progress claims, of contractual claims, and general administration of the contracts.In addition, you will also be able to demonstrate the following;Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.Excellent measurement and quantity take-off skills.Excellent budget control and cost management skills.High-level attention to detail to work with, and accurately capture data.Highly organised and able to meet deadlines with good record-keeping skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritise and multitask.This is a Full Time, Permanent role based in the Perth Head Office (Monday to Friday) with frequent project site visits.How to ApplyAt Monford, our RIPPA values are the cornerstone of our culture and achievements.
