Senior Contracts Administrator

With continuous growth in the commercial construction industry in Perth, TEN Recruitment has teamed up with a leading contractor to recruit a Senior Contracts Administrator to assist with the delivery of a $100m project.
Essential criteria: Extensive experience within the commercial construction industry, ideally on large scale projects.
5+ years' experience in a Contract Administration position.
Tertiary qualifications in Economics, Construction Management or another relevant field.
Able to work efficiently to strict deadlines in a high-pressure, fast paced environment.
Outstanding time management and organisational skills.
Ability to prioritize important and urgent tasks accordingly.
Strong safety and environmental awareness.
Professional presentation with exceptional communication skills.
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
High attention to detail.
Your daily responsibilities may include: Provide support with procurement and purchasing matters.
Arrange and facilitate routine project meetings.
Aid with project cost forecasting and reporting.
Review progress claims and prepare progress payment certificates.
Liaise with stakeholders such as clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
Work closely with the site and project management team to ensure all the commercial aspects of the project are running smoothly.
Ensure compliance with budget and expenditure protocols.
Manage all commercial and contractual matters in relation to the project.
Preparation of tender documentation required for the procurement of sub-contractors.
Provide appropriate input in the negotiation of contracts as required.
This position offers an attractive salary of $170k plus super.
