What you'll be working on As our Senior Contracts Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our projects stay on track and within budget.
From managing contract administration and procurement to working closely with clients, subcontractors, and your teammates, you'll be a vital part of the success of our WA operations.
What we're looking for Experience: 8+ years in contracts management on building projects up to $100 million.
Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction or a related field.
People skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
Commercial savvy: You've got excellent cost management experience and the negotiation skills to make things happen.
Self-motivated: You're highly organised, driven, and committed to delivering top-quality work while keeping safety at the forefront.
