Your Role: As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you'll be at the forefront of project success, driving excellence across all phases of construction. You will collaborate closely with our Project Delivery teams, ensuring smooth contract administration, compliance, and financial accuracy. Your expertise will ensure that every procurement and contract administration process follows industry-leading best practices. Key responsibilities include:
Leading all aspects of contract administration, claims management, and financial processes.
Overseeing and managing contract securities, insurances, claims, and variations for head contracts and subcontracts.
Preparing detailed monthly progress reports and resolving contract disputes with finesse.
Providing strategic guidance on procurement and ensuring consistent application of commercial procedures.
Collaborating with teams to drive efficiency, excellence, and innovation at every stage.
What You Bring:
5+ years' experience in Contracts Administration, showcasing your depth of knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
Tertiary qualifications in construction management, quantity surveying, finance, accounting, law, or a related field.
Expertise in multi-unit residential projects , demonstrating your adaptability and industry insight.
Passion for customer service excellence , with an eye for detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Hands-on experience with Procore or similar software platforms, highlighting your technical skills and operational acumen.
