This company is full of great names and personalities and the list of projects under way are exceptional and extremely satisfying to be a part of. They include high rise resi and commercial buildings all above $80m.
This opportunity for a Senior Contracts Administrator will see you take the lead on their brand new $100m+ high rise residential construction project in Milton and report directly into the Project Manager. You will have the support of other CA's and administrative support. The project is a large high rise residential project and is for a long term client of the business.
It is preferential that you have experience working in the mid or upper tier construction environment and have the ability to to drive commercial outcomes.
As a Senior Contract Administrator you will have:
Degree qualifications in construction management or equivalent 10+ years contracts administrator experience with a reputable company Strong commercial acumen Exposure to projects over $50m
