Senior Contracts Administrator

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Contracts Administrator to join a National Developer / Builder on their new $1b Brisbane CBD project
Either an up and coming Snr CA or even someone knocking on Contracts Manager Developer Builder | Work with fantastic people | Strong and approachable leaders Brand new $1b twin tower high rise development in the Brisbane CBD This national Developer / Builder has a great opportunity for a Senior Contracts Administrator to work on their newest and most exciting $1b Brisbane CBD development.

This role will see you take the lead as the Senior Contracts Administrator on one of their 2, large new towers. You will have the support of other CA's and administrative support and have direct access to the project and company leadership.

It is preferential that you have experience working in the mid or upper tier construction environment and have the ability to to drive commercial outcomes. You ideally have experience managing facade and curtain wall trades as this project has a fresh and modern look and will make for a very attractive looking building.

This role could suit either an up and coming Snr CA or even someone knocking on Contracts Manager level, the attitude and personality you bring will be your most important attribute.


As a Senior Contract Administrator you will have:
Degree qualifications in construction management or equivalent 5+ years contracts administrator experience with a reputable company Strong commercial acumen Exposure to projects over $50m
