They are now hiring a Senior Contracts Administrator due to growth and recent project wins.
They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial Construction industry.
Specialising in a diverse range of projects including government, education, industrial, retail, health, community, residential and much more. A diverse range of project experience is advantageous.

Your Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.) Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors Ideally 10 years industry experience running your own projects between $10m - $50m+ Your Rewards: Competitive salary package - $150K - $220K + super dependant on experience.
