We are currently working with a leading fit-out head contractor in Sydney who is looking to recruit a Senior Contracts Administrator to join their team.
About the Company

They are a leader within the commercial fit-out space with projects up to $15m and have strong growth plans. They have a healthy pipeline coming from both repeat clients and a steady stream of new business.
About the Role
They are looking for a Senior CA to oversee two high-spec fit-out projects. You would be working alongside a very experienced and respected Construction Director and play a key role in the business.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Negotiating and finalizing contracts
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
Cost Control
Client Management

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Senior CA
Experience on fit-out projects
Management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have experience within the Australian market
