3D Commercial are seeking a Contract Administrator with 5+ years experience in a Contract administrator role, to join a hugely successful Commercial builder. They have been operating Nationally for over 50 years and have an excellent reputation from clients, sub contractors and even former employees.

Submitting RFIs, Progress Claims & Documentation. Attending Site Meetings and creating financial reports. Negotiating with trades. Vetting & letting sub contractor agreements. Mitigating risk for the head contractor, client and sub contractor in a fair manner.
