Senior / Contracts Administrator - $15m commercial new build Our client is a national builder well known for delivering large and diverse projects throughout Australia.
A very well known name in the industry with high level talent throughout the business, our client is looking for the best of the best to join a team as a CA with genuine growth opportunity.
Whilst our client has a diverse portfolio, you will be initially joining a team to deliver a $15m 4-level office building on the South Side of Brisbane.
The Role A Contracts Administrator to join the commercial team on this project.
Procurement, package and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account.
Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence - both from a head contract and subcontract viewpoint.
Monthly budget management and reporting.
Experience/Qualifications Required Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent.
A track record in Contracts Administration gained over 3+ years with experience of commercial build projects in Australia essential.
An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
Industrial experience is highly regarded, however not essential.
Positive tenure in your CV where controllable is highly regarded.
Experience delivering projects up to $15m in the Australian commercial construction industry for the head contractor.
What's on offer $130,000 - $175,000 TRP (negotiable).
