Your role The Senior Manager, Infrastructure Support Services manages the Infrastructure Support Services (ISS) Agreement (contract) including significant contract management and performance, stakeholder relationship management, project assurance, and risk management.
The ISS is designed to meet stakeholder expectations and business objectives in accordance with the strategic contract management framework and principles in the Infrastructure and Assets branch of Corporate Services, Department of Communities and Justice NSW.

This role is responsible for contract management as it relates to facilities, property, maintenance, capital, and construction projects.

What you'll do Manage and maintain the detailed ISS Agreement's Contract Management Plan/s, contract variations, including established KPI's and governance structures and forums, risk identification and mitigation planning, monitoring performance, benefits tracking and outcomes reporting, proactively managing to achieve the objectives of the contract.
Guide all contract service utilisation providing advice to I&A staff on the use of the contract, their obligations and responsibilities to manage supplier performance and development, improve future contract outcomes and build the overall effectiveness of the Infrastructure Support Services contract management function.
Lead complex and sensitive negotiations for contract variations, contract renewals and claims/disputes to deliver better procurement outcomes and mitigate commercial risks in conjunction with DCJ legal advice.
Provide leadership and effective management of the contract with the Infrastructure Support Services team to deliver a high-quality contract management service to the organisation and stakeholders.
What we're looking for Extensive experience in contract and performance management with a preference for large-scale infrastructure environment.
Demonstrated capacity to lead contract negotiations and co-ordinate contract KPI reporting.
Knowledge and understanding of the NSW Procurement framework, procurement governance or best practice procurement policies.
Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to provide clear direction, and foster transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders Experience managing a small team with strong contract management skills Download the role description.
