Parklife Metro has been awarded the Sydney Metro SSSTOM package of works.
The consortium will deliver six new stations between St Marys and the new Aerotropolis, 12 new metro trains, core rail systems and the stabling and maintenance facility to be built at Orchard Hills.
Comprising Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens and Webuild, Parklife Metro are excited to deliver this city-shaping project.

We are looking to appoint a Senior Contract Administrator to join the downstream commercial team.
Reporting to the downstream Contracts Manager, you will be integral in managing substantial subcontractor and supplier packages and providing input to the function's operation.

Responsibilities: Coordinate a large range of subcontractors and suppliers to maintain the construction and resources schedule.
Assess claims and external variations.
Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontract terms and conditions.
Management of Subcontractors, including subcontractor claims, correspondence and general problem-solving.
Development of systems and processes to manage and monitor subcontracts.
Manage and administer the subcontractor's performance against the scope of works and construction program and control the authorisation of variations, extensions of time and payments.
Develop and expand the knowledge of the commercial team on your project.
About you: Bachelor's degree (Commercial, Legal, Quantity Surveying, Engineering) Well-developed knowledge of the principles and practices of contract and commercial/finance management Ability to understand and articulate contractual rights and positions Sound negotiation and problem-solving skills Strong initiative and proactive nature Key collaborative skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills If this sounds like you, please apply by following the link below, and a member of our recruitment team will be in contact.
