Senior Contract Administrator – Market Leading Civil ContractorWe are looking to engage with an established and successful Senior Contract Administrator with clear infrastructure project experience to join an established and very well-respected contractor. You will be leading this project through the tail end of the design phase and getting ready for day one of construction.You will be involved with and lead the commercial set up and ongoing contract administration and management of a $100M + project.Our client works Nationally, is well known for its stable workforce and pipeline of projects, this is a company that will help you develop and work towards larger project and more senior roles. There are very credible career progression opportunities within this growing organisation.Key Responsibilities:With your existing civil construction experience you will:·Manage negotiations with subbies for claims and variations·Review contract agreements·Draft agreements using existing templates in consultation with engineers·Process payments and provide end of month reporting·Be able to work with and lead subcontractors, maintain good and positive stakeholder relationships with a large group of subcontractors
Qualifications & Experience:·Significant experience in contracts administration in a civil construction environment.·Expertise in current computer packages MS Word (Intermediate), Excel (Intermediate), MS Access, and MS Outlook required.·Experience with and understanding of financial/cost/project management systems and processes.·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
