Due to a recent promotion we have been appointed by this reputable Perth Building Contractor to source a Contract Administrator (senior) as a new member to this growing team. This extremely successful head contractor has been constructing commercial building projects in WA for over 30 years and while their competitors were battling, their turnover has tripled in the last 5 years! Currently a team of 50+ staff members, they have great plans in the future to grow their turnover to > $200m and in return, provide their staff with fantastic career growth opportunities.
As one of a team of Contract Administrators, we are looking for the senior end as you will work across 1-3 new build projects valued between $8 – 15m with tenders from $4m upwards and the occasional $30m+ project. Sectors include education, health, community, correctional, aged care, commercial, retail and industrial for both government and private clients WA wide.
Working in a dynamic team under relatively young management, this company offers flexible working arrangements, no set hours, working from home as required and zero micromanagement! In return, the staff who work here uphold high standards and don't tolerate incompetence in their teams.
For an opportunity to work in this fantastic company that is clearly going places, you need to satisfy the following criteria:

Contract Administrators who are ready to step up are encourgaed to apply 7+ years commercial building experience with head contractors Recent project experience $4 – 50m ideally new build Experience in either education, health, community, correctional, aged care, commercial, retail or industrial Tertiary educated Quantity Surveyor or Construction Management In Perth or enroute within 4 weeks Australian Working Rights
Salary guide $155 - 180k package incl Super (commensurate with experience)
