Senior Contract Administrator/ Junior Pm - Tier 3 Commercial Builder

Busy and highly respected Tier 3 builder are looking for a confident and experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join the team working from the head office which is centrally located.
They are looking for a Senior CA who is ready to step into a PM.
You will be working under an experienced SPM or PM to gain training and mentorship and then will gradually start running your own projects.
The company who are well established and have been around for over 30 years specialise in government and commercial projects up to $60 mil.
They are highly respected in what they do and due to continuous project wins are looking to add another Contracts Administrator to the team.
Responsibilities: Prepare cost forecasts, monitor financial status, and prepare cash flow statements Work closely with the PM, learning how to do their tasks  Manage other CA's on the project  Provide input for financial reports to the Management Team Ensure site supervisory staff are aware of the project's scope of works and inclusions in tender packages Preparation of tender documentation required for the procurement of sub-contractors including tender and pricing schedules, scope of works, comparative tender analysis and recommendations.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants Liaise with client regarding progress claims to Head Contract Take overall responsibility to deliver a successful project/s, including pre-design, design, construction and completion stages of the project.
Acting as the primary point of contact for all communication and stakeholder management.
Taking a lead role in establishing, maintaining and ensuring compliance with Health Safety and Environmental systems Assembling and leading the project team to achieve the best possible performance from all members.
Take responsibility for resources engaged in the projects and liaise with senior management to ensure projects are appropriately resourced.
Managing any formal project deliverables Liaising with Director, Site Manager and contractors as required to satisfy system standards requirements.
To be considered for this role you will have: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar Solid local experience working as a Contracts Administrator Previous proven experience completing multiple projects start to finish  Understanding of Australian commercial and legal issues pertaining to head contracts A working knowledge of major building trades Strong negotiation and influencing skills Benefits of the role: A strong pipeline of current and future work  Flat senior management structure - work closely with very senior and highly respected industry leaders Competitive salary  Friendly and family orientated work place culture Career progression opportunities  Supportive team environment  This is a unique opportunity for someone who is sick of being stagnant in their role.
