Our opportunity We have an exciting opportunity on our iconic 55 Pitt Street project which is a $500mil premium grade commercial tower. Part of the Apartments and Commercial division, as a Senior Contract Administrator, you will ensure the delivery of the project meets or exceeds the project parameters for cost. You will also provide financial and administrative guidance to the project team.
Your responsibilities will include: Manage and lead the subcontractor tender process.Arrange the calling of quotations and completing tender comparison for review by the Project Team.Lead Tender Meetings and negotiations with subcontractors.Manage and lead all financial and contractual aspects associated with the subcontract.Overall management and responsibility for the project cost report - ensure project parameters for costs are met or exceeded.Prepare and maintain cost controls and closely monitor financial risk and opportunities.Assessment of works complete and preparation of progress claims (as applicable).Maintain Project Schedule of Rates.Carry out Cost Exercises as required.Assist Commercial Manager when required and requested.Assist Project Manager and Project Site Team.Provide financial and commercial guidance to the project manager and site team.Your point of difference We are looking for experienced Contract Administrators with 5+ years industry experience on large commercial projects.

Financial or accounting experience would be desirableDegree qualified in a relevant field of study, coupled with relevant experience as a Contract Administrator, or Senior Contract Administrator on large building projects ($80mil+)Strong analytical skills and high attention to detailUnderstanding the risks and limitations associated with all project legal agreements and requirementsSound working knowledge of project administration and project control applicationsExcellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to present information to a range of audiencesProficiency in the MS Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel skillsUnderstanding of commercial and legal issues pertaining to head contracts and subcontractsStrong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with the ability to foster a strong culture in-line with Mirvac's key valuesPassionate about delivering customer-focused quality, leaving a positive legacy in the communities in which you operate55 Pitt Street (Commercial tower) With frontages to Pitt, Underwood and Dalley Streets, 55 Pitt will deliver approximately 70,000sqm of premium commercial and activated retail space as part of a vibrant new destination that will contribute towards the revitalisation of the iconic Circular Quay precinct.
