My client is seeking a Contract Administrator with 5+ years experience for a $35M commercial mixed-use project.As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of contracts throughout their lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with our clients' legal, procurement, and project management teams to facilitate contract negotiations, draft agreements, and monitor compliance with contractual terms. This role requires strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage contract lifecycle from initiation through to close-out, ensuring all parties fulfill their obligations.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, amendments, and other legal documents.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Maintain accurate records of contracts and related documentation using our contract management system.Monitor contract performance to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.Resolve contract-related issues and disputes in a timely manner.Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract terms and conditions.Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact contracts.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Contract Administrator.Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a contracts administrator?How many years of project management experience do you have?
