The Position
As the Senior Contract Administrator, you will be joining to initially work across two large high end residential apartment projects valued at $28M and $12M. You will oversee and provide mentorship to 2 CAs that are based across each project and be responsible for ensuring that projects are profitable.
Once these projects come to a conclusion after 12 months, the position will transition into a management role helping to oversee a team that could be between 6-7 people. With offices in multiple states, this would also become a national role long term.
Background / Skillset
Construction Management or related degree and min 10 years' experience.
Highly developed skills in the control of project financials and construction procurement.
Experience administering head contracts and resolving contractual matters with clients.
Ideally looking for someone from a tier two background.
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment whilst training and mentoring the next generation.
In depth understanding of corporate values, policies and procedures.
Possess excellent commercial awareness with strong relationship building, influencing and negotiating skills.
Strong Pre-Construction experience including lead generation, cultivation, tendering, tender interviewing.
Salary will be in line with experience; however, expectations are in line with $170K – $200K package.
