ABOUT THE COMPANY This company is well-established and reputable in the Sydney building and construction market. They are well known and respected for delivering high-end Commercial New Build, Fit Out and Refurbishment projects in a diverse range of sectors across Sydney. These projects range from $10M - $50M. Having an already well-established relationship with several high-profile clients, this company has a strong pipeline with several exciting projects across their specialised sectors lined up. As such, this company is seeking to employ a Senior Contracts Administrator to help oversee the delivery of current and upcoming projects from start to finish in their Sydney division.
ABOUT THE POSITION As the Senior Contracts Administrator, you will report directly to the Project Manager, whilst working collaboratively with the site and project team to deliver multiple projects across Sydney NSW, from the design stage through to completion. These projects range up to $50M. You will liaise with the client and the project team to ensure that the project is delivered on time, and to a high standard.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultants
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Stakeholder Management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Problem solving skills
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar.
Solid local experience working as a Contracts Administrator across commercial building projects
Understanding of Australian commercial and legal issues pertaining to contracts.
Working knowledge of major building trades
