Senior Contract Administrator

Summary
CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a leading Builder Developer, who are currently delivering a high profile student accommodation project in Perth, valued in excess of $100m.
The project is currently at early works stage, with senior management in place, plus a SM, Junior CA and PM lined up for the project. They are now seeking an experienced Senior / Lead Contract Administrator to take the lead on the project, working in close collaboration with the Commercial Manager and Senior PM.

Key responsibilities include:

Contracts management - overseeing the preparation, negotiation and administration of contracts & sub contracts. Cost control and reporting. Stakeholder coordination. Risk management and compliance. Documentation. Culture & Benefits
Join a high profile builder developer on a key project in Perth. With a highly experienced senior management team in place, the project is at early works so you'll see the project from the front-end through to delivery.
A highly competitive salary package on offer, ranging from $180-200k package.
Experience
We're seeking a highly experienced Senior CA, capable of taking a lead role on a $100m+ new build development. Prior experience on high rise commercial/residential projects within Australia is essential, with a proven track record delivering projects as a lead, in excess of $50m+.
