Contracts Administration (Administration & Office Support) Contract/Temp Mills Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and professional Senior Contract Administrator to join our client's team in Perth on a six-month contract basis.

This role is ideal for an adept Contract Administrator eager to manage high-stakes projects across Australia's diverse industries.
About Our Client:
Our client is a leader in delivering projects nationwide, spanning mines, mineral processing facilities, LNG installations, refineries, chemical plants, power stations, procurement services, and telecommunications infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
As a Contract Administrator, your responsibilities will focus on effective contract administration to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key tasks include:
Monitor contract deliverables, timelines, and obligations, ensuring all responsibilities are met.Maintain accurate records of contract amendments, performance metrics, and report progress or issues.Track budgets, spending, invoices, and financial records in alignment with contract terms.Identify, assess, and manage any risks, issues, or disputes within the contract lifecycle.Ensure that all activities and documentation meet relevant legal, regulatory, and company standards.Act as a central point of contact for contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve queries regarding contract terms.Required Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field (highly desirable).Demonstrated experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator within the engineering or construction sectors.Experience managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables in project-based roles, especially within EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environments.Strong understanding of contract law, terms, and regulations.Keen attention to detail for monitoring contract terms, budgets, and deadlines.Excellent analytical skills for contract compliance and financial assessments.Proven negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.Apply Now: If you have the experience to succeed in this role, please apply or send your CV to ******.
