Senior Contract Administrator

to join our commercial team in Perth. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for providing commercial strategy and advice to projects currently under delivery and assisting in tenders and work winning.

Responsibilities :Coordinate and let contracts to subcontractors and suppliers to maintain the construction and resources schedule.Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedulesProgress claim assistance and external variationsReview, negotiation and finalisation of subcontractsManagement and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claimAdministration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultantsManage and administer the subcontractor's performance against the scope of works and construction program and control authorisation of variations, extensions of time and payments.Monitor and maintain cost control, forecast revisions, cashflow and project financial reporting.Develop and expand the knowledge of the commercial team on your project, including taking a lead mentoring role for those participating in the Contracts Administration Training Development Program.About you:

The ideal candidate for this this position will possess a Bachelor's degree in fields such as Law, Commercial, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering. They should have a well-developed understanding of the principles and practices related to contract and commercial finance management. The ability to comprehend and effectively communicate contractual rights and positions is essential. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, along with a proactive and initiative-driven nature, are required. The candidate should also demonstrate key collaborative skills and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
