Senior Contract Administrator

About the Company & Role:
Our client is a well-established and very successful civil engineering construction company with a particular focus on projects such as Road Construction, Bridge Construction, and Underground Services / Utilities. Over the years, they've formed great relationships with their clients – both government and private, and they've built an outstanding reputation in the industry.

The role is site-based, located in the Perth metro region. You will be responsible for Head Contract & Subcontract Management, Procurement, Claims Management, Financial Management, Project Documentation, Reporting, and Dispute Management.

Experience Required:
Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying is preferred but not essential.
5+ Years Experience in a similar role
Demonstrated strong competency in procurement and forecasting
Strong knowledge of contract administration – both head and subcontract, experience in compiling delay notices, variations, RFI's, and contractual notices.
Experience in project cost reporting and familiarity with commercial principles
A positive attitude along with strong organisational skills
Attention to detail & commercially astute
