Senior Contract Administrator

This client is seeking a strong minded candidate that has good experience in residential projects over 15 storeys high. Being part of a quality residential builder that is always looking to produce quality.
As this organisation continues to develop a strong pipeline of work in the future, they are looking for a well rounded Senior CA to help grow and support.

Collaborating with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery Monitoring contract compliance and ensuring all parties fulfill their obligations Reviewing and negotiating contracts with subcontractors. Managing contract change orders and modifications Ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation Resolving any contract disputes or issues that may arise during the construction process
Key Requirements
5 years of experience as a Senior Contract Administration in the residential sector space. Strong understanding of construction contracts and legal requirements Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
