The RoleOur client is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator / Contract Manager to assist in the delivery of large-scale public sector construction projects within the $50 - $150 million range.
The successful candidate will report to a highly regarded experienced Senior Project Manager whilst working with an experienced subcontractor book.
Amongst other things, you will be responsible for:
Preparation of contractsVariationsProgress claimsProcurementStakeholder managementExperience?The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or similar, as well as having exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
You will be proactive and able to multitask with a minimum of six years CA experience within a top-tier EBA Commercial Construction setting.
