Senior Contract Administrator

About the Group
Our client is a Tier 1 main building contractor that deliver Australia's most complex and iconic construction projects. They have recently won a $250 mil commercial project and are looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to join the company. This project will go for around 2.5 years and is with a government group. 

About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for
Preparing scopes of work for all sub-contractsSelection of all sub-contractors and procurementAdministration of the sub and head contractsPreparing monthly cost reports for the directors of the companyManage and prepare all variationsManagement of progress claims on the projectAbout You
You will ideally have worked for a Tier 1 or 2 builder as a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator. You will have experience working on complex commercial/mixed use projects and possess strong written and communication skills.
