Senior Contract Administrator

Opportunity to join a growing Commercial Builder with a number of recent tender wins
Projects: Commercial & Multi Level Projects up to $50m
Salary: $150K - $180K package

The Company:

A highly regarded Commercial Builder with over 15 years of successful operation. Known for delivering high value and high profile D&C projects throughout Melbourne across the Commercial, Apartment, and Education sectors.
This professional outfit with over 70 staff have a great tenure with the majority of staff of being with the business for over 5 years. Due to a number of recent tender wins, this role has been created due to the growth of the team.

The Role:

Reporting to the Project Manager you will be working on $20M to $40M commercial projects where you will be responsible for:
Managing the Project financial position Managing the Project in accordance with Project Administration and System requirements Consistently providing effective communication and relationship development with clients Ensuring Project Management team remain up to date with client expectations and project status reports Managing the contractual and financial aspects of the company's agreements with its suppliers and subcontractors About you: Experience of working on commercial projects >$30M Experience working for a Tier 1 or 2 Commercial Builder Tertiary qualification in Construction Excellent time management Very good written and verbal communication Appropriate IT skills About the career opportunity:
