The CompanyOur client is a builder who has grown from a small fit-out company to one of Australia's largest contractors in the past 30 years. Their national project portfolio varies from a $1M fit out to projects as large as $800M.Their QLD operation has been operating for nearly 20 years and delivers a mixture of fit outs/large refurbishments and new build construction projects to a value of $500M. They have a fantastic name in the QLD market and a name that turns most people's head.The role – Senior Contract Administrator - $100M projectOver the past few months, the QLD team has started several key projects, including a large student accommodation project valued at $100M located at Southport.We are looking for a Senior CA to join an experienced and established team; the project has not long started.
