With strong cash reserves and a large order book, they are now seeking an experienced Senior CA to work on one of their largest projects, a $70M high-rise based in Palm Beach, Gold Coast.
This project, named Sophia, will be the premier destination for luxury real estate.

Responsibilities
Preparing and maintaining contracts and subcontractor agreements and assist in the preparation of subcontract packages and manage the subcontract lifecycle.
Informing contractors and subcontractors of their obligations under these contracts.
Managing the bidding process and sourcing cost estimates from contractors and suppliers to secure the best offers.
Coordinating the negotiation of all contracts with internal and external partners.
Reviewing and updating existing contracts and preparing all contracts for execution.
Assisting in drafting the scope of work and procurement schedules.
Managing paperwork associated with the full contract lifecycle, programs and projects and responding to any concerns or queries.
Ensuring satisfactory conclusion and prompt contract closeouts.
Being the key contact for clients from "as sold" stage to completion of project in relation to contractual issues and managing contract close out in full (return of security, final payment claim, tracking defects liability periods, etc.).
Negotiating commercial contract terms, conditions, and pricing and following up to ensure execution according to the negotiated terms.
